If the fit isn’t quite right, we offer easy size exchanges on most products.
To be eligible for an exchange:

Please email us at contact@fullvolumestore.com within 5 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact

Only one size exchange per order is allowed

Sale items are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect
How to request an exchange:

Email us with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange

Shipping for exchanges:

Customers are required to ship the product back to us (return address will be shared via email)

Once we receive the original item, the exchanged size will be dispatched within 3-5 business days
Returns
Not quite what you expected? That’s okay!
We accept returns in the form of store credit, so you can choose something that feels just right for you.

Send the item back to us in its original condition

Once received, we’ll issue a store credit note for the product value

A ₹200 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit

Store credit can be used on any future purchase on our website

Refunds
At this time, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are only applicable if:
