Exchanges

We want you to truly love what you wear 💙
If the fit isn’t quite right, we offer easy size exchanges on most products.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Please email us at contact@fullvolumestore.com within 5 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact

  • Only one size exchange per order is allowed

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

How to request an exchange:

  • Email us with your order number and the size you’d like to exchange

  • Our team will guide you through the next steps

Shipping for exchanges:

  • Customers are required to ship the product back to us (return address will be shared via email)

  • Once we receive the original item, the exchanged size will be dispatched within 3-5 business days

Returns

Not quite what you expected? That’s okay!

We accept returns in the form of store credit, so you can choose something that feels just right for you.

  • Send the item back to us in its original condition

  • Once received, we’ll issue a store credit note for the product value

  • A ₹200 shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase on our website

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

We’ve got you covered.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email contact@fullvolumestore.com with clear photos and your order details

  • Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible

Refunds

At this time, we do not offer refunds.
Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The item is damaged, and

  • A replacement is unavailable

In such cases, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
