How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are dispatched within 7–14 business days, as we perform quality checks and careful packaging before shipping.
When can I expect my delivery?
Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express delivery on select pieces for an additional cost; please email us at contact@fullvolumestore.com before ordering to check availability.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, while a nominal fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a tracking link to you via email or SMS.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your exchange policy?
If the fit isn’t right, you can request a size exchange within 5 days of delivery by emailing contact@fullvolumestore.com.
Are all items eligible for exchange?
Most items are eligible if they are unused, unwashed, and have all tags intact; however, sale items are only eligible if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How many times can I exchange an order?
We allow only one size exchange per order.
Can I return an item for a refund?
We do not offer monetary refunds; however, you can return an item for store credit to use on future purchases.
Is there a fee for returns?
Yes, a ₹100 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit when you return an item.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us at contact@fullvolumestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
Payments & COD
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available, and the total amount is payable directly to the courier partner upon delivery.
What happens if I miss my COD delivery?
Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts before the order is returned to us.
